Your primary relationship is with the business you messaged, not with Lynx Tech directly. The fastest way to have your data deleted is to contact that business directly and request it.
You may also contact us directly with your WhatsApp phone number and the name of the business you communicated with. We will process your deletion request and confirm once it has been completed, generally within 30 days.

Your message history, contact information, and any order-related data associated with your phone number, stored on the relevant business's PingLoop account.
Records a business is legally required to keep (such as transaction records for tax purposes), for the period required by applicable law.
